My Ethos

Over the last 15 years of my academic and professional career, I have had the opportunity to meet and work with some truly talented, innovative, creative, and interesting people. I have learned the importance of building and maintaining strong professional and personal relationships and know the time and dedication that they take in order to flourish.

I have been a part of seeing how technology and innovation has changed the way that we work and interact on another. Human interactions and how we inhabit our built environment will fundamentally remain the same. It is my belief that the most successful real estate owners, builders, developers, and managers of the future, will need to find the right people who can foster and build long lasting relationships while incorporating technological advancements. Through my daily interactions with companies of all sizes across the country, I have learned that those who can adapt, change, and move quickly, in the realm of adopting sustainability initiatives into their business models, will be the most successful in the long run.

My formal education, knowledge, and expertise in the fields of Architecture, Landscape Design, Construction, Client Relationship Management and Development, Sustainability, Real Estate Acquisition, Disposition, Management, and Sales, City and Neighborhood Planning, and Negotiation and Problem Solving, make me a rare and unique asset that can innovate and steer clients towards long term growth and success.
